Nicole leads M&A across all Janashakthi Group verticals, with over 18 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Molecular Cell Biology from UCL (UK). Her career includes roles at Asia Securities, Acuity Partners, and Sunshine Holdings PLC, where she led key transactions including the Daintee acquisition. She also helped establish The Sunshine Foundation for Good and The Janashakthi Foundation.
